Developer Satisfaction Manager

Are you passionate about games and building strong, lasting relationships? We’re looking for a Developer Satisfaction Manager to help game developers succeed with our SDK solutions.

You can work 100% remotely, but we’d be delighted if you visited our office in Warsaw occasionally.

Your responsibilities include

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external developers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and improve the quality of collaboration with our developers.
• Achieve specific KPIs related to developer satisfaction and project success.
• Identify opportunities to help developers create and monetize games using our SDK tools.
• Track feedback and continuously improve the developer experience.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Technical knowledge of game development processes and industry terminology.
• Experience working in or with the gaming industry is a huge plus.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering value.
• Fluent in English.
