Marketing Specialist

$1,500–$2,500 on B2B

We are looking for a specialist with experience in all stages of developing marketing strategies and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a technological environment and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to the specific needs of our company. Knowledge of the web3 environment will be a significant advantage.

We are working from our office in Warsaw. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.

Your responsibilities include

  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Tech teams across various digital platforms targeting the right groups.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including planning, landing creation, and optimization of promotional activities.
  • Coordinate inbound marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels mostly LinkedIn and Twitter (posts, videos, graphics), ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Coordinate content calendar and production process, including collaboration with internal and external content creators.
  • Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events, such as webinars, international conferences, meetups, hackathons, and product launches/sezon lanches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with overall company marketing strategies.
  • Developing brand identity, creating promotional materials, and building a cohesive company image across various platforms.
  • Collaborating in the creation of engaging marketing content for digital channels.
  • Working closely with the internal marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing digital campaigns across various platforms; familiarity with campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, X, or Discord is required.
  • Solid understanding of various online marketing channels, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Twitter)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Freedom to choose and implement the marketing tools you consider necessary and relevant
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Involvement in all stages of marketing strategy development.
  • A deep understanding of Elympics products will be a significant advantage; otherwise, you need to be eager to learn about Elympics quickly.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1/C2).
  • Professional experience in a tech company, software house, or similar.
  • Proven success in building effective digital campaigns.
  • Curiosity, creativity, strategic thinking, and strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the gaming, Web3, or new technology industries.
  • Keen interest and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
