We're seeking a Manual Tester to join the Elympics team.

Due to the characteristics of our solutions, we are looking for a person who is quick to learn, and open to unconventional solutions. We choose tools for tasks, not the other way around! We value someone who is independent, proactive, and enjoys testing new technologies. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for technology, who can proactively identify imperfections, and has an eye for detail. The ideal candidate can prioritize their work and assess the severity of found issues, determining how urgently they need to be addressed. You will actively strive for the highest quality in our products, including precise planning, testing, and verification of functionalities, systems, and their performance.

We work from our office in Warsaw. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cross-platform manual testing (Desktop, Mobile, Web Browsers, Stand-alone Apps and Games).
  • Collaborating with designers and the development team to create tests for software mechanics, systems, and functionalities.
  • Working with several internal development teams to identify and track bugs.
  • Creating precise test plans, identifying errors and inconsistencies in software documentation and the software itself, including their reproduction.
  • Proactively conducting regression, verification, compatibility, and version tests as well as suggesting functional improvements in our games and web applications.
  • Improving QA processes, developing test procedures, managing assigned test equipment, and organizing group tests.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • 3+ years of experience in performing manual QA tests.
  • Knowledge of various forms of testing (including regression and user experience testing).
  • Basic knowledge of analytics systems.
  • A user/customer-focused attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and games in particular.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Independence, self-organization, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Min. C1 spoken and written English for communication with English-speaking developers.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of the Web3 industry and blockchain technology.
  • Experience with PM tools such as GitLab/Jira/Redmine etc.
  • Experience with Unity.
  • Knowledge of Git repository management tools.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies.
