Finance & Administrative Specialist

We are currently looking for a proactive Finance & Administrative Specialist to join our People Operations team at Elympics.
Your day-to-day tasks will include month-end closings, managing transfers, and monitoring budgets. You'll also play a key role in people operations by introducing new tools in administration and HR, managing employee benefits, and creating clear and straightforward financial procedures.

You'll collaborate closely with our external accounting team, ensuring smooth document flow and providing basic financial support to the company. Additionally, you'll work closely with the CEO and Head of People.

We offer B2B contract, a contract of mandate with a salary range of 6000 – 8000 gross PLN monthly depending on your experience. This role requires office-based work.

Your responsibilities include

  • Collaborating with our external accounting firm
  • Managing access to company accounts
  • Handling invoices and ensuring proper financial document circulation
  • Verifying and ensuring timely payments, planning, and monitoring costs
  • Preparing monthly operational and financial reports
  • Optimizing financial processes, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Supporting daily administrative matters
  • Organizing office purchases

We're Looking for Someone With

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in similar positions
  • An eye for detail and a love for organization
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • A proactive attitude, especially in bottleneck situations
  • Commitment to completing projects accurately and on time
  • Strong command of English (B2/C1) and Polish, both written and spoken
  • Availability for full-time, on-site work

Nice to Have

  • Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
  • Experience with the SaldeoSMART system
